  • WE DESIGN PROJECTS BY THE HOUR / or flat rate depending on the design project:  Our staff members can tell you how long a project should take if you have "ALL" the information available to us when we start to design your project.  If we have to surf the internet for pictures or any information etc., the time mentioned or agreed will be included in the time you have chosen.  To save yourself Time & Money, we suggest to have all pictures, a EDITABLE Word File of all text and any internet links pertaining to your project in advance.
  • We will design your project VIA INTERNET by you logging on to our graphic aritist computer (we will instruct you on how to)  You will be able to see your design STEP by STEP as its being designed right before your eyes "OR" we can design your project without your assistance with the information provided to us via email by you such as: photos, design orientation, and project color of your choice etc. via email.
Once the project has been completed AND APPROVED BY YOU: We will email you a 300 DPI Jpeg, Tiff, or PDF of your choice for your records or we can email the file format to a vendor of your choice.   **THERE WILL BE AN ADDTIONAL CHARGE FOR ANY LAYERED FILES REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER**

Over time rate: Is based on $30.00 per 30 mins per project. To avoid over time, please have all internet links, pictures and a EDITABLE word file ready upon submitting or designing your project.

Graphic Design services can be added to just about any product based on the size of the product you are ordering. You will have three options.

1. Type-Set Editable File: this means you are providing an editable document such as a Photo Shop Document with layers and we are simply making a couple of changes.

2. Type-Set Un-Editable File: this means you are providing something that is already designed that needs changes but you do not have the root files. Depending on the complexity of the original design this option may lead to an upgrade to Custom Design.

3. Custom Design: We are building a design from the ground up using all media you are provide including images, copy/write content and logos along with a complete and detailed description of what you would like us to design for you. Note: all images provided must be hi resolution and copy must be provided in an editable text document such as Word or Notepad.

4. Premium Design: We are building a design from the ground up but you have no images and don't really know exactly what you want and need our designers to work closely with you.
